Procurement and public contracts in the light of the new code

The course aims to illustrate the discipline of public contracts, highlighting the evolutionary profiles related to the transposition of the latest European directives in the “Code of public contracts and concessions” of 2016 (as amended by the 2017 corrective action). The main interpretations will be analysed mainly with reference to the procedure of public evidence, but also with regard to the execution phase. The aim is to offer the operators of the public administration the interpretative tools to correctly read the code and orientate themselves in such a complex matter.
